New Hope Services, Inc. will conduct an auction of selected Child Care materials and equipment at KIDS PLACE, 1642 West McClain Ave., Scottsburg, IN 47170 on Sunday, October 30, 2016 beginning at 1:30 p.m. The doors will open at 1:00 p.m. for bidders to view and inspect items to be auctioned.

The items will be auctioned in lots by the full contents of the rooms and not sold as individual pieces. Each room will have similar contents of pre-school size furniture (tables, chairs and storage “cubbies”), toys and books and miscellaneous childcare items. There is also a single room of infant items consisting of day-care cribs.

Terms of the auction are that the entire contents of the specific room bid goes to the highest bidder, payment is due immediately on acceptance of a final bid for each room and payment must be in cash or a valid check. If the top bidder cannot pay at the time of purchase the next lowest bidder will take the lot.

All purchased items must be removed in total either the day of the auction or by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016. Failure to remove the purchased items will warrant the disposal of the items by the seller without further notice and without refund.

All purchases are final and all goods are purchased “as is” without any warranty suggested or implied.
